Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
Most often, people store RVs, boats and trailers, or antique/collectible automobiles. Not every vehicle will fit in every storage space! If you're not sure, contact us and we'll help you find the right spot.
Larger and more infrequently used items should go in the back of the unit. Remember to keep a walkway in the center of your unit to more easily access items. Always keep items labeled and a list of items stored, even a photo on the outside of each box will allow you to "see" what's inside.

Be sure to remove anything that might spoil or rot before you store your vehicle. Empty the fridge or bait well and turn off any electronics. Some renters prefer to clean their vehicle before storage so it's pristine and ready when they need it next.

While we're happy to have you store your vehicle with us, we cannot allow anyone to live on the property. Living in your vehicle is against the terms of our rental agreement and can result in legal action.
Yes! All leases operate month-to-month, requiring a minimum commitment of one full month. If your lease begins in the middle of the month, your move-in costs will be prorated for the remaining days, with your first complete month commencing on the 1st of the following month. Looking for storage for a month or more? Your lease automatically renews on the 1st of each month.

No, each unit is equipped with a heavy-duty combination lock that is offered free of charge during your rental period with us.
Yes! We require proof of insurance and proof of ownership. We also require that your vehicle have less than ¼ quarter tank of fuel. We kindly request that you protect the concrete floor from leaks caused by fluids such as motor oil, transmission fluid, brake fluid, windshield washer fluid, and other similar substances. To do this, please place cardboard or another protective material underneath the vehicle.
Covered parking refers to a paved area with a canopy for parking. The canopy is a more economical choice than an enclosed space, and helps protect your vehicle or vessel from rain, snow, and sun.
Building 2 will be added in phase 2 of construction and is currently used as Open Parking.
CE = Canopy East, is the canopy on the east side of the property, parallel to Brown Street, closer to the Lakewood Forest Preserve side of the property. CW = Canopy West, which is parallel to Rt. 12, is further away from the Lakewood Forest Preserve on the west side of CE.
Yes, just send us over the registration and insurance for the vehicle you are leaving in its place.
Yes. Per the Rental Agreement, all tenants must have insurance that protects their stored belongings. It should be noted that it is not safe to assume that your Homeowners or Renter's insurance extends coverage to your items in storage, so it's advisable to consult your insurance agent to confirm if your policy includes this or if it can be added. If you lack insurance or cannot provide proof of coverage, we require you to enroll in our Tenant Protection Policy, which is highly recommended even if you already have Homeowners or Renter's insurance for several reasons:

We operate without an on-site office, as this facility is managed remotely. For any assistance, feel free to call, text, or email us. If you require help on-site, please let us know.
Yes, access hours are available daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, including holidays. Our office hours run from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. While we do not specifically advertise office hours on Sundays, you can often reach us by calling or texting.
To rent a space, a valid driver’s license or state ID is required. For vehicle or vessel storage, in addition to your valid driver’s license, please provide the registration or title and proof of insurance before moving into your spac
Yes. For everyone's safety, there are items that cannot be stored in your unit. Please refer to the Rental Agreement for a complete list. Here’s a list of some prohibited items:
While autopay is highly encouraged, it is not mandatory. Enrolling in autopay helps to avoid late payment calls, late fees, and the associated frustrations. If you prefer not to use autopay, you can still make payments through our customer portal on our website, send a check, or call us to process your payment over the phone. Please note that we do not accept cash.
Vacating is as simple as moving out of the space on or before the last day of the month. When you are ready to vacate, make sure your unit is empty and broom-swept. Take a photo (make sure the unit number is visible) and email it to: VACATE@STOREMORE365.COM. For Enclosed units: Don't forget to drop the lock in the Designated Box at the exit.
All parked vehicles or vessels must have valid registration and insurance and must be in good working condition. No flat tires or broken parts. You can store kayaks, SUPs, and other floatable items if they are on a trailer.
We are a storage facility – period. We are not a workspace, a body shop, or a repair shop. Occasionally, a vehicle stored at the facility may require a temporary mobile mechanic or a tire change to get it back on the road; we understand this can happen occasionally.
No, your space is meant for storage only. It is not a workspace or a place of business for you.
No. Every unit has a lock on it. We offer the lock to use free of charge while you rent with us. You will receive the combination to the lock on your move-in day via text and email.

Absolutely! In fact, we encourage all prospective tenants to come and tour Store More 365 before you rent. We are very proud of our brand new, state-of-the-art facility, and we are confident you will be very impressed.
Yes. Normal access is 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. If you require longer access hours, we can provide you with 24-hour access for a minimal charge.
